At Zuffenhausen, there are headquarters of another world-famous automobile brand, Porsche. Porsche Museum has been around since the 1970s but got revamped and reopened in the year 2009. This place unveils the early days of the brand and reconsiders the numerous innovations of Professor Ferdinand Porsche who was the engineer and founder of VW Beetle and the first gasoline-electric hybrid. Every car lover’s dream, this museum contains almost 80 exhibits of the Porsche history, including the timeless classics like 356, 550, 911, and 917.

There are multi-sensual displays like Porsche in the Mix that allows you to play sounds of engines, brakes, and horns of different models throughout the years and combine them into a soundtrack. Another interactive display is the 12-meter Porsche Touchwall where you can touch frames to browse through thousands of images, posters, and ads from the extensive historical collection. Every year, nearly 900,000 people visit this museum. The great thing is that almost all of the vehicles are in driving conditions and used at race events and presentations worldwide.
